Who runs this site

Courtaley is a personal site operated by Aley. It is not a dating app, not a service, and not a company — just a form on the internet used to receive personal introductions.

You must be 18 or older

This site is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application. Applications from anyone under 18 are not welcome and will be deleted immediately if identified. By submitting the form, you confirm that you are 18+.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has submitted information here, contact privacy@courtaley.com and it will be deleted right away. This inbox is monitored privately and is not published anywhere else on the site.

What information is collected

The only personal information collected is what you type into the application form and choose to send. That may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your general location (city / country)
• Your age range (a rough band — not a birthdate)
• An optional social platform and handle
• Your answers to the "what are you looking for" and availability questions

No background analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting. The site does not sell, share, or trade your information with anyone, ever.

How it's stored and who sees it

Submissions are stored in a private database hosted by a standard backend provider used to run this site. Only Aley can read them. Access is protected by row-level security rules so applications cannot be listed publicly — the site only ever shows the total count of applicants, never names or emails.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no third-party marketing tags.

The only cookies that may be set are:

• Language preference (optional). If you tap the "Translate" button and pick a language, a cookie called googtrans is set by Google Translate so the page stays in your chosen language. This only happens after you actively choose to translate — the translation script is not loaded until you accept the notice or open the Translate menu. You can decline at any time and no Google services are contacted.
• Consent preference. A small item is saved in your browser's local storage to remember your choice about the translate/cookie notice, so it doesn't pop up on every visit.

You can clear both at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and site data for courtaley.com.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what's stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — for any reason, at any time. Just email privacy@courtaley.com from the address you applied with. No name required — just say "please delete my application" and it's done.

Security

The form is served over HTTPS. Rate limits are in place to prevent spam and abuse. The database enforces strict access rules so that submissions can only be created, not listed or read, by anyone other than Aley.

Changes

If anything about how information is handled here changes, this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date at the top.
